- Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes. Every batch is independently tested and the COA is archived to your account and available before you order. Browse them in the Quality & Compliance vault.
- How should research compounds be stored?
- Lyophilized compounds are generally stored cool and dry, away from light. Follow accepted laboratory practice for handling and storage. This is general lab guidance, not dosing or medical advice.
- How do volume discounts work?
- Quantity discounts apply to a single compound (10% off 5–10, 20% off 11+), and the multi-compound rate gives 20% off when a standing order has five or more distinct compounds. The best discount applies automatically.
- How do I open a wholesale partner account?
- Verified practices, providers, and research businesses can apply on the Become a Partner page. Applications are reviewed and credentialed; once your account is approved, partner pricing applies across the catalog.
- How long does fulfillment take?
- Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, with tracking provided once shipped. Partner accounts can arrange standing orders with their rep. See our Shipping Policy for details.
